Support and Guidance

Students are provided with continuous assistance and guidance through the STUDIUM platform, where the moodle interactive system provides detailed up-to-date information about each of the relevant aspects of the Master's Degree and gives the possibility to ask questions or make suggestions to any of the participants of the Master's Degree.

Students will also be able to benefit from the assistance of the coordinators appointed by each of the signatory universities, contacting them either through the platform or in person.

In addition, a teacher appointed as STUDENT DEFENDER will offer guidance regarding the institutional channels provided to process the problems that might arise.

Students can communicate directly with the Quality Committee by sending their complaints and suggestions to the e-mail address provided for this purpose, buzonLFC@usal.es , or through their representatives in the Committee.

The moodle platform includes a subject called Master's Degree Follow-up where students can keep up with news related to the degree, participate in forums and have access to the e-mail addresses of all the teachers and students of the Master's Degree.

Each student's academic activities will be monitored by a personal tutor. Where appropriate, tutors can bring issues before the Academic Committee.

Each university has its own student support and guidance services.

UNIVERSITY OF SALAMANCA

The Student Guidance Service (Servicio de Orientación Universitaria - SOU) offers counselling, information about the labour market, policy advice, scholarships and grants, etc.

The Social Affairs Service (Servicio de Asuntos Sociales - SAS) offers support and guidance to students, university staff, teachers and researchers in several areas: social support, integration of foreigners, disability, voluntary work, old-age, mental health, sexuality, language, addictions and eating behaviour.

The Disability and University Advisory Service (Servicio de Asesoramiento sobre Discapacidad y Universidad - ADU) is in charge of the integration of people with disabilities, offering support in the development of curricular adaptations.

Students have access to all the academic support and guidance they might need through the direction and coordination of the Degree and the corresponding sessions with the appointed tutors.
